We provide multiple accounting and finance related services and some web development services. These include:

• Accounting and bookkeeping (for funds and businesses)
• Tax filing and compliance
• Business consultancy
• Full-stack website solutions

We may modify or discontinue services at any time with appropriate notice.

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Do not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials or data shared with you.
• Do not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of our systems.

All content on this website is the intellectual property of Bizzport Consultants Pvt. Ltd. This includes but is not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations.

Clients receive usage rights for deliverables as agreed in writing but cannot resell or redistribute without express permission from Bizzport Consultants Pvt. Ltd.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely submissions of required information and documents
• Ensuring accuracy of all provided documents
• Adhering to payment schedules as agreed

Delays on the client side may impact service delivery and potentially cause missed timelines.

Payments must follow agreed invoices or contracts. Late payments may incur penalties or service suspension.

Web development projects typically require an upfront payment before work begins.

Any IT tools purchased would also be based on upfront payment before the download link is provided.

All applicable taxes will be charged as per the prevailing rates set by the government of India.

Partially refundable only if no work has started. A processing fee may be applicable at time of payment which is non refundable.

Non-refundable once document processing begins or professional time has been allocated.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@bizzguru.in and are subject to our review.

Note: Any payment for IT tools or any product paid in advance is not refundable.

Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or compliance if inaccurate data is provided by the client.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for that specific service, tool or product in the past 3 months.

All client data is handled with strict confidentiality. We implement industry best practices to secure sensitive data and documentation.

Our confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the client relationship.

We reserve the right to terminate services for non-compliance with these Terms or for non-payment. Users can also terminate service after clearing dues and providing written notice of termination.

We may use third-party tools (hosting, domain, payment gateways). We are not responsible for their failures or service disruptions. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or website notice. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the updated terms.
