Cancellation and Refund

At bizzguru.in, we believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order or making the payment whichever is earlier. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained subject to below mentioned points.

• We does not accept refund requests for accounting or tax consultancy services for which advance is paid and work has been started (time or resource allocated at our end). Though same can be adjusted against future services.

• We also do not accept cancellation or refund request for IT products that are supposed to be paid in advance, in case of any issue the same can be communicated to us at info@bizzguru.in so that we can work on resolutions.

• In case you feel that the IT product received is not as described on the website or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product.

• In case of any Refunds approved by us, it’ll take 5-7 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
